This is the 5 cars in many that we choose as the best front wheel drive classic cars of the years 80´s 90´s and 20´s

Mini

The iconic mini cooper needed to be in this list it was a must. The cooper was a very popular car back in the days having 7th generations this model earned much of is popularity as being the Mr.Bean car.

Weighting around 690kg the mini has a 1.3 litre engine that produces 62hp at 5550rpm and 95.2nm at 3000rpm, being a naturally aspirated engine the mini its not know for being a fast car, far from that, but for being an amazing car for its personality that opened the minds of the people that produces cars nowadays. 

It´s truely an iconic car that all we love.

Ford Racing Puma

The ford puma had many versions but the 1.7 litre version was the best and the most rare, this car caught by surprise when ford transformed a regular car in a race machine capable of doing corners at high speed, 0-100kph time in just 7.9sec wich is still fast in these days, and with a top speed of 202kph this car was absolutely one of the best back in the year 2000.

Peugeot 205 GTI

The peugeot gti had better days comparing its actual version to this beauty of a car. The 1992 version wich was the latest had a naturally aspirated 1.9 litre engine that produced 120hp at 6000rpm and 0-100kph time in 8.5 seconds and top speed of 202kph, same as the ford puma racing.

Weighting around 880kg this car its lovely to drive and for being a naturally aspirated engine its roar its simply amazing.

Clio Williams

Weighting 1010kg and even though it had a 2 litre engine wich is the biggest in our list, the clio williams its considered by many the best front wheel drive car of all time not being know for being fast but for its amazing performance at cornering, with this car you make corners pedal to the floor without oversteer wich is amazing one of the best of all time and one of my favourite personaly. 0-100kph time was around 7.8sec and top speed of 215kph pretty good still nowadays. 

Honda Integra Type R

The integra type r as a nice solid chassis amazing for cornering and a full of power 1.8 litre engine, this engine produces 197hp at 8000rpm just imagine the roar of this engine. Comparing this to the clio williams in cornering its pretty much the same but in terms of power this one wins by a lot.
